Question:
What is wrong with a person looking at the opposite sex and enjoying it?
Answer:
If you accept these worldly losses (let alone the punishment of the Hereafter), then it is fine, keep looking:
1. Deprivation of the heart and depression
When you see, the heart desires.
But if you do not get it, then the person breaks down inside and becomes depressed.
2. Blind love and failed marriage
Looked at, fell in love, did not see any flaws.
Married, later the truth came out, the result: divorce and ruin.
3. Neglect of God and the end of the pleasure of worship
Repeatedly looking at it scatters thoughts, the heart is distracted.
Then neither the heart feels interested in worship, nor does the remembrance of God feel enjoyable.
4. Dislike of wife and domestic conflict
When you see someone else, you will compare them with your spouse.
Bitterness will come to the heart, behavior will deteriorate, and family life will become bitter.
5. Habit and disgrace
At first, the sight brings pleasure, but then it becomes a habit.
The eye-squinting increases, and respect in the eyes of people disappears.
6. Weakness of faith and decline of love of God
When the pleasure of the sight fills the heart, the love of God decreases.
Faith begins to weaken.
7. Forbidden love and sin
The sight makes one a lover.
But when one cannot reach it through a lawful path, one becomes inclined towards sin.
