Imam Ja‘far al-Sadiq (ع) was the sixth Imam of Ahl al-Bayt and one of the greatest scholars in Islamic history. He lived during major political change and focused on preserving authentic Islamic knowledge rather than seeking power. Through his vast teaching circle, he laid the foundation of Ja‘fari fiqh and influenced many renowned scholars. Known for his truthfulness, ethics, and generosity, he emphasized that faith must be reflected in character. He was martyred in 148 AH and is buried in Jannat al-Baqi‘, leaving a lasting legacy of knowledge and guidance.
